Its just been pointed out to be that there are currently only four
beginners on the Introduction to white water weekend. Perhaps I haven't
been clear enough about the purpose of this weekend.

So far we have 4 beginners and 30 in house coaches / willing club
members and a couple of external coaches (hopefully) booked on the trip.

That's about 8 coaches to each and every person wishing to be
introduced, there couldn't be a better opportunity to progress on to the
frothy Welsh white water of .

Its looking very much like some of the coaches / willing club members
will get the opportunity to relax a little, maybe have a drink or two
the night before (a luxury we don't normally get on these hectic
beginners weekends).

The trips open to almost every one in the club, come along an advance
your paddling skills in the luxurious Goat Inn.

The club and its coaches, do reserve the right to refuse to take
beginners on unsuitable waters, in which case we'll take you some where
else, quieter, we're we can recover from all the relaxing of the night
before.

If in doubt about your abilities, ask, most people have attended
previous Llangollen trip in the previous few years and will be only too
happy to give advice/ take drinks from you whilst discussing the
situation.

All that said, you need to be at least confident on flat but moving
river water, and understand that kayaking is potentially dangerous if
you take risks or don't know what you are doing. We practice to make our
paddling safer and more enjoyable.

More beginners please, or were going to have to relax.
