Congratulations, well done.
 
We have successful managed to fill all the bunk house beds and kept Kiwi Steve outside in his tent.
 
The following have a bunk reserved and now need to part with £55 to secure their beds.
 
David Gooch, Sophie Maceron, Gareth (Sophie's partner), Drew, Hannah Fox, Jo Kilburn, Bob Elliot, Steve Henderson, Dave Joy, Esme Errington, Gavin parry, Jeanie Carson, Greg Parsons, Mark Osborne, Tanya Wherrell, Andi Barrett, Chris Barrett, Richard Gatehouse, Julie Gill,  Domenic Spraklen, Jude Lane (girl), Duncan Borman, Vickie Harper, Scott Hodgeson, Jonathan Dempsey, Nigel Moore, Extreme Andy , Eddy Grey, Kate ?, Debbie ?, Anna green, James McKeenan, Andy Lupton.
 
Reserves, awaiting a bunk, should some one drop out, Simon Chalk, Arran Stephenson.
 
Any one preferring to camp, can do so (we still need to fill all the bunk places, so don't all jump ship at once), the cost to camp, with the two breakfasts and the one evening meal will be £35 (as last year, this is a bit of a guess and any refunds will be made after the weekend), you need to book in advance or risk not getting a meal. If you camp, you can use the toilet facilities in the pub.
 
Any one stopping in vans, same deal as camping, again I need to know in advance.
 
Any one turning up unannounced (as per about 10 people last year), be warned you will be asked to part with some money, every one else has paid, I don't see why you should get it free. So pay up in advance, avoid the embarrassment and ten you won't feel guilty about eating the food that every one else has paid for.
 
Following lack of payment from a few last year and the ineffective, subtlety method of attempting to get monies in after the event, there will be no subtlety this year, be warned, pay up in advance.
 
Can you all make your payments payable to "LEEDS CANOE CLUB" and hand them into an available committee member, who will let me know that you've paid.
 
Finally. Now that you've all signed up fro the trip, I need to know what you want to do, so can you let me know if you want to be put in a beginners groups, a novices group, if you'd like to coach a group, if you'd like to help out and assist with a group,  if your only coming along for the social or if you intend to paddle as part of a self contained group (either going off to run rivers, or have made arrangements with others on the trip to run your own coaching sessions). This will enable me to organize those that want organizing.
