Thursday 16th October between 6.00pm to 7.00pm

 

Boat bay doors will be open for anyone who wants to pick up equipment
for use over the weekend. All equipment must be signed out and returned
promptly. You are responsible for this kit until it is returned, please
look after it.

 

Friday 17th October

 

Head out to the Goat Inn, Maerdy, Conwen, Conwy LL21 0NR ( Tel:
01490-4133465).

You can arrive at any time from about 4pm to midnight. All will meet at
the bar. Please note that an evening meal isn't included, so either eat
on your way or get there early enough to get bar food, the pub does do
food but only until around 9pm

 

Saturday 18th October

 

If you're not heading out there until Saturday morning you need to meet
at the Goat car park for about 8.30am, don't be late.

 

Those that have paid, breakfast will be ready from about 7.30am (NB:
this is still to be agreed with the staff of the Goat Inn).

 

Meet in the car park at 8.30 ish ready for the days Kayaking (all plans
to be agreed in the pub the night before)

 

Saturday evening

A meal has been laid on for all those who have paid, you know who you
are, the meal will have a vegetarian option. (If you have any dietary
requirements please make sure you speak directly to Staff at the Goat,
so far they have been advised to expect two vegetarians (Jo Kilburn and
Esme Errington) anyone else is getting fed meat unless you inform the
staff as early as possible.

 

Sunday 19th October

 

More of the same, if your coming out for the day, we'll meet in the car
park at the Goat at 8.30am, ready to go, if you want a breakfast, please
deal directly with the pub and allow extra time.

 

 

Following is a room plan, which will give an idea about who your sharing
a room with. 

 

Room 1 and 2 = Male (Gavin Parry, Dr Nick Evil, Mark Osbourn, Steve
Henderson, Jonathan Dempsey, Drew, Andy Fox, Scott Hodgeson, Paul Evil,
Aaron Stephenson, Tim Suggett (Friday night), Alex Wilkinson (Saturday
night), Richard Gatehouse, Duncan Borman, Domenic Spraklen, David Gouch)


Room 3 = Hannah Fox, Esme Errington, Jo Kilburn and Vickie Harper

Room 4 = Not to be used, this is for Campers to use

Room 5 = Not ours

Room 6 = Jude Lane, Anna Green and Liz Sunderland

Room 7 = Jeanie Carson , Julie Gill and Tanya Wherrell

Room 8 = Not ours

Room 9 = Nigel Moore, Extreme Andy and Bob Elliott

 

Camping or sleeping in a van

Those beginners that haven't been on a trip before

Some of you will have shared a lift with more advanced paddlers, they
may not be paddling at the same location as you, if possible can you
rearrange your kit to be in and on top of more suitable transport before
8.30am.

 

Don't forget that you will need food and drinks for Lunch time
