[LCC-Club] Rolling Clinic at pool this Thursday

Hi All,

 

Kelvin and Martin are running a rolling clinic at the pool this Thursday
(25th September).

 

Kelvin will be working with those who don't have a roll in the shallow
end, and at the same time demonstrating the teaching process to any
coaches who want to hone their teaching skills.

 

Martin will be in the deep end helping those who can roll improve their
skills. He asks that people bring throw lines, slings and karabiners if
they have them.

 

Remember - if bringing your own boats, they need padding front and back.
Boats (and kit) MUST be clean inside and out, the leisure centre takes a
dim view of mud, sand and other debris in their pool filters!  

 

There will be some beginners at the pool doing the last of their three
sessions who will get priority - after that first come first served - if
the pool is busy the rollers may have to share boats.
