Subject: Helpers required

 
Channel 4 are making a brand new series with Jo Frost,
(formally known as Supernanny), which investigates the challenges facing
children growing up in 21st century Britain .

The series combines
short observational documentaries about children facing these issues combined
with major public 'events' in which we demonstrate, in a safe and simple
manner, the findings of scientists and clinicians in previous lab and field
studies.

One of these events
is going to be exploring is exercise and will be specifically looking at the
difference in fitness levels of children today compared to children in the
1950's.

To do this they are
hosting a mini sports day for 9-11 year olds in Leeds 
and are looking for 20 students or other interested people to join their
Exercise & Fitness expert in assessing the children. Filming will take
place on the 26th of August in Leeds  City Centre and each
student will be needed for about 5 hours on the day. It will be a good
opportunity to learn more about assessment techniques and also see first hand
how television programmes are made. They will be able to cover all travel
expenses.
