Just a quick email asking very kindly if you could sponsor me for the
London Marathon on the 26th April.  I'm currently running the streets of
Leeds, in more clothes than I would wear on a canoe trip.

The money raised will go towards training volunteer crewmembers across
the country including the ones based in Yorkshire.  In 2007 7,834 people
were rescued by the RNLI and the demand for their service is
increasing.Train one save many!
