[LCC-Club] Thursday coaching at the River 10-06-09

Just to give you some prior notice.

 

Tonight I am planning to run a two star rescue session, this is likely
to involve getting wet, I need you to bring with you the following (not
all compulsory, but if you start getting cold, you will be asked to get
out early)

 

1)      Suitable clothing for getting wet in (a wet suit, dry suit or
old clothing)

2)      A change of clothing, something to get changed into that will be
dry and warm.

3)      A snack or some chocolate, some fuel to stick in your boiler and
keep you warm.

4)      A Flask filled with a suitable hot drink.

5)      Waterproof suntan lotion  just in case.

 

Also on offer tonight is Adam-Peter "AP" Gair's Introduction to slalom.
In just one night AP will attempt to transform our junior members into
Olympic stars of the future (offer open to older members too, though
your international competition potential may already be limited).

 

As well as these two specific sessions there will also be one and two
star coaching for those that want it (subject to which other coaches
come along)
