I hope you are well. 
I was wondering if you would be able to help me. I am running an event on 4th 
July 2009 in Bala, North Wales. The event in called 70 Wild Miles, which is a 46 
mile cycle, 10 mile canoe and 13 mile run around Bala Lake. The 
Challenge is held in aid of Tenovus, the cancer charity. 
 
Would it would be possible to add details of 
this event to your website, and let your club members know about it, and if 
possible encourage people to sign up?! The details are as 
follows:

Venue: Bala  Lake and surrounding area. 
Details: Three stage race, 46 mile cycle, 10 
mile canoe, and 13 mile run on back roads and up steep hills.
