We can check in any time after 5pm, though I'm sure no one will complain
if you wish to prop up the bar earlier.
No food is arranged for Friday, however food is available at the pub
until around 9pm, if you're going to be later than this eat on route.
Rooms have been allotted according to how soon groups of you paid and
how much you paid so please try and stick to the following room lists.

Equipment pick up, Wednesday 07th October 2009 from 7pm, bring a torch,
suggested kit list is somewhere on the club website, make sure you have
warm kit for the river.
If you've not stopped in bunk style accommodation before, sleeping bags
are discouraged, bedding is provided.
Each room contains one double bed, I have counted this as a single beds
in the room numbers.
Now is the time to start arranging lifts if you haven't already.
Plan for the weekend - There is no plan, we'll make it up as we go.
