Hi All

Since were already loooking ahead towards the Summer with the invitation of an Alps trip from Richard, this is also something i would like to throw into the mix.

The White Nile in Uganda might have a fearsome reputation for its white water but the reality there are rapids for all abilities, and is a great places for even absolute beginners to white water. Whatever your ability, this is a trip for you, and is definatley worth thinking about.

If anyone fancies going out there, take a look at this package set up by Love It Live it. The offer in the brochire below is about groups, so you would need 6-8 people going in order to get their discounts/free places for the "trip leader". The cost of the all-inclusive trip (so food, accommodation, transportation and coaching/guiding included) is £699 per person. You will then need to add your flights on top of this which you can get for around £450

Knowing the guys who run this company very well and having been on one of their LiLi trips to Zambia, i can vouch for just how good these guys are. The coaching you'll receive is some of the best you'll ever find.
