[LCC-Club] FW: Lost / Stolen Paddles

Hi All,

 

URGENT - can everyone have a good look round (garages, cellars etc.) for
Lisa's paddles - see below.

 

Hopefully they are just misplaced not stolen. The member's bay only
works if there is mutual respect and trust that boats/equipment won't be
tampered with.

Dear All,
 
 
I left my paddles and boat (as per usual) in the club member's bay a few
weeks ago, just before I moved back to Leicester. When I arrived on
Friday afternoon to pick them up for the weekend my paddles had
disappeared. 
 
 
They are BLACK CARLISLES 194cm with RED / YELLOW SPOTS ON THE BLADES.
One of the spots is missing. Stupidly they don't have my name on them. 
 
 
They were left just inside the door of the members bay. I have checked
the members bay and Mick has had a scout around the rest of the
clubhouse but to no avail. So far noone has admitted to seeing them. I
may have not looked hard enough, but they are definately NOT WHERE I
LEFT THEM. 
 
 
If someone has moved or borrowed them then I don't really mind, as long
as I get them back before this weekend. This summer I had kit stolen
from my house and I simply cannot afford to lose any more  :(   I am
sure that everyone can identify with that feeling. 
 
 
We all use the members bay in trust that our equiptment will be
respected by other club members, and part of that is knowing that our
kit won't be moved / messed with unnecessarily.
 
 
Whilst I am sure that nobody has taken them maliciously, if anyone has
seen my paddles / knows of their whereabouts then you can email me at
lisycoookie at hotmail.com   text me on 07877996091   or just put them back
inside the door before I arrive in Leeds this Friday to pick them up for
the weekend again. Obviously I am quite worried that I can't find them!
 
 
Other than that I hope you are all enjoying Leeds (I am sad I'm not
there with you all anymore) and cheers for your help with this one.
