[LCC-Club] Leeds Canoe Club AGM

Hi All, 

 
As you know the AGM is coming up on Monday 29th March at 8pm at the
Cardigan Arms, Kirkstall Road.  Now is the opportunity for you to have a
say in the running of the club.  
 
There are vacancies this year for Membership Secretary, Junior Rep, Pool
Officer and Slalom Rep, the most urgent is for Membership Secretary
which involves:

*	keeping the club membership and members boat bay records up to
date 
*	attending committee meetings once a month 
*	issueing membership renewals once a year.

 
Members are also welcome to volunteer for any other role (present
holders will not be offended J)_ - it would be good to have a bit of
healthy competition in the vote for committee members this year:
 
The roles up for nomination are:
 
Chairman
Vice Chairman
Secretary
Membership Secretary
Treasurer
Social Secretary
Polo Rep.
Slalom Rep.
White Water Rep.
Junior Rep.
Website administrator
Training Officer
Kit Officer
 
If you'd like to volunteer or need any more information on what is
involved in any of these roles then please contact me or a member of the
committee ASAP.
