Friday 26th March.  Polo training at Wetherby Sports Centre,  9.00 -

This weekend:

Sunday 28th March  Beginner's trip. Meet at clubhouse in Kirkstall at
9.00 a.m.  River Aire - Horsforth to Kirkstall.

If you have not been before, the clubhouse is in the grounds of the
Rugby Academy, next to Morrisson's supermarket. Park in the Rugby
Academy carpark.

We provide boats and kit. It is still cold so you will need a wetsuit,
and several fleece layers plus a nylon cagoule, running top or similar
over the top to keep the wind off. And bring some food and drink you can
carry in the boat.

Coming up:

Monday 29th March 2010   Leeds Canoe Club AGM  8.00 p.m. at the Cardigan
Arms on Kirkstall Road (downstairs room). All welcome. We'll lay on some
sandwiches and make it a bit of a social too.

1st - 4th April  2010    Advanced weekend - Scotland.

Regular summer Tuesday/Thursday evening river sessions on the Aire at
Kirkstall will resume from Tuesday 20th April.  6.00 p.m. prompt. To be
on the water by 6.30.
